Claudius has been in the family for a little while, his dark grey coat and black main and tail explain his Irish side and his head/face shape explain his Cob side. Anyway, Claudius was born into a good line of Sires and Dams, his Sire: Sir Washington - (Jumping Madness) and his Dam: Miss Carolina (Running To The End) Claudius was the only successful birth out of all the mares pregnant with Sir Washington's baby. They say it is because his mother was taller and more stable and ready for it than the others. Claudius has been a good companion for Michael and has always been involved with family activities.
