Doctor Love
Registered Name: Doctor Love
Stable Name: Doctor, or Love
Age: Five years
Gender: Stallion
Breed(s): Thoroughbred
Height: 16.3 hands high
Discipline(s): All English events
Owner(s): Azaria Easton
Personality: Doctor Love is an intelligent stallion. He learns quickly, and wants to only please Azaria. He’s an arrogant piece of work, but he does mean well. Doctor is possessive over his owner. He wants everything to himself, and he’ll bite and kick if he has to. Doctor acts like he’s a hot shot around others and to him he is. He’s mean and aggressive and even bitter. Doctor is also competitive, and plays dirty. He’ll do anything to win. He despises male humans, and if they come into contact with Azaria, they better protect their treasure or run. Doctor will run people out of her life to make sure he’s the only man her life. He doesn’t trust men around Azaria, and he only trusts Azaria; however, around her he’s the sweetest thing one could ever imagine. He’s gentle and calm, and he listens to her. And only her. He’s also a bit controlling whenever Azaria decides to wander off. He’ll get mad, and whinny loudly until she returns. Azaria is the only one to handle Doctor, in the hands of another, he’s impossible to control, but he follows Azaria around like a love sick puppy. If Azaria gets hurt, Doctor won’t ever forgive himself, but if he doesn’t hurt her, and another does, he’ll seek revenge. Azaria is his priority and his precious cargo. Whenever she’s around, he demands her attention and her affection. He gets jealous easily when she pets another horse, and he’ll throw a temper tantrum until she returns to him. Doctor wants Azaria all to himself, and if not, he just might have to get over himself.
History: Doctor Love had been the product of two champion Thoroughbreds. He showed talent at a young age when he free jumped nearly five feet and he was a promising prospect. At the age of two, Love had been spooked by men and immediately labeled them as something to be aggressive towards. Azaria bought Doctor when he was about three and his hate for men only grew when they fancied his rider. With the bond that transpired, Love’s aggressive nature grew and his intention to protect what he thinks is rightfully his developed by this time. At the age of four, Azaria showed him in a few green events and Love soared through the rankings. When Azaria set out small jumps for him to do, Love only wanted to go higher. He’s certainly a handful but he’s got stamina, endurance, and speed to boot and a whole lot of heart.

Secondhand Serenade
Registered Name: Secondhand Serenade
Stable Name: Serr, Serenade
Age: Seven years
Gender: Mare
Breed(s): Spanish Mustang x Lusitano x Quarter Horse x Hanoverian
Height: 15.3 hands high
Discipline(s): All-rounder
Owner(s): Azaria Easton
Personality: Serenade is a mare that does not take crap from anyone. She is hard headed and stubborn down to a tee and she gives the stallions a run for their money. She strives for nothing but the best, and anything less than that she gets put into a mood. She easily gets irritated and is a major challenge. Her large ego often gets in the way of her judgment, but to Serenade she is the best horse out there. She has personal bubble issues and if one gets too close for comfort, expect some good bruises. When one does not ride her correctly, she will act up, or if one does not do something right, say hello to the ground. It will become your new best friend; however, behind this harsh personality lays a softer side. She can be sweet and caring, but it is very rare. Also, if you are her own flesh and blood, they have a constant protective barrier. Serr tends to test boundaries and limits, but when Azaria firmly corrects her, she obeys and will do it tomorrow or the next time ridden just to see what will happen. She does extremely well in the ring and hardly ever acts up in it; outside of the ring is a different story. There are days when Serr acts nicely outside of the ring but these days are few and far between. She mostly does what she wants, and if that means being punished, so be it. She will do it all again tomorrow.
History: Serenade’s birth was not planned and was a surprise when she came along. Her owners had been gone for the gestation period and a neighbor came and went to infrequently check on the horses, feed and water them before going on her way. Both her parents lived outdoors most of the time and it was fairly late when her father managed to jump over the fence to reach Serenade’s mom. The neighbor had noticed that Serenade’s mother’s stomach was growing; however, wasn’t too alarmed to call her owners. By the time her owners arrived, it was the arrival of Serenade. A stunning welcoming gift and they broke her in only to find that she got the brunt of both of her parents’ personalities. Azaria bought Serenade when she was six and likes the way she tests her rider to a degree.

Ain’t Misbehavin’
Registered Name: Ain’t Misbehavin’
Stable Name: Pride
Age: Six years
Gender: Gelding
Breed(s): Quarter Horse
Height: 16 hands high
Discipline(s): All Western events
Owner(s): Azaria Easton
Personality: Pride is full of will power and aims to please. He is calm mannered and practically bomb proof even with his age. He has a very easy-going personality. He does what is asked and is obedient to a fault. He’s gentle and friendly, willing to greet almost anyone that passes by. He is a curious gelding and straight forward, but Pride has his days where he acts out in mere frustration. These bursts are infrequent and only occur when Azaria practices the same thing over and over again. He needs things to change up to get his mental stimulation. Pride is also a playful horse that can do almost the smallest things to make someone laugh. With his mild temperament and honest ways, Pride does have a few flaws and one is his separation anxiety. He acts clingy whenever Azaria is around and gets anxious when she’s out of sight and attaches himself too quickly to other horses.
History: Pride was birthed out of a Western champ and an English pleasure mare. When tried at jumping, it was clear to that Pride’s talents did not shine under the English saddle. When put under the Western saddle, his talent exploded. With his amazing personality, it was hard for Azaria to immediately fall in love with him and she’s had him for a year and is glad she bought him when she did.
